Hey Deb, what is yupo paper??? I really like how they turned out!! Very nice!
Hi lil crow....yupo paper is a synthetic plastic sheet...not really a paper...it is man made (tree free)...recyclable... paint can be removed with a damp brush or cloth...strong and durable... can't be ripped...and it is waterproof...watercolors or alcohol inks just flow across so you can control the paint by tilting the paper this allows the colors to flow and mingle...you can also use acrylics although I never tried it! I will see if I have anymore left...I bought them already cut to aceo size from an Etsy shop...if I do I will mail you one so you can play...also someone sent me paper examples of beautiful Fabriano watercolor paper and I will sent you a sheet also!
Cool, thank-you ;o)) I have never heard of it before!! Very interesting!!! I love your art!!! Question, I usually spray my aceo's after with a finish, would you do it with this kind of paper?
oh yes...I am glad you brought that up....oooopppppsssies...you do have to do a light spray because if it gets wet the ink/paint will come off!
Very interesting thankyou ;o)
