"WARRIOR WOMEN" new series in honor of Anjelina
Here is a 4x6 original watercolor...it is the newest of my "Bruised and Broken Series"...this is my very first painting I did after Anjelina was assaulted...I saw some people look at her sometimes like she put herself in a dangerous enviornment.
...and last one is an ACEO original watercolor with a Hiaku I wrote!
1,001 Blessings to you all!

Deb, I love them all! You have done an amazing job on creating all of these pieces!!! They all have so much meaning in them! I truly love them all! Hugs ;o)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much my very good friend...we ladies are a very strong breed don't you think?!
ReplyDeleteI agree, very strong my friend ;o)
ReplyDeleteAnd blessings to you and your daughter, dear Deborah! This is a wonderful series. Thank you for sharing it with us.
ReplyDeleteI believe in you and your daughter, Anjelina. You are both strong and wonderful examples of "Warrier Women".
ReplyDeleteThese illustrations are a true expression of love and support of a Mother for her beloved Daughter.
I am proud of both of you and stand behind you 100%. You are speaking out and shouting out about this cowardly "Monster". Anjelina is the hero and a model for daughters and women and victims the world over.
Silence is their (the cowardly monsters) strength, by making known his monstorous deed, you two are helping to lessen his power.
God be with you and may God empower you even more,
My prayers are with you both,
Karen Anne
This is one of those moments when art moves you. The warriors are magical, very nice work! And the bruised one is painful to see. Made me cry :o(
ReplyDeleteKeep strong and hopefully everything is just beautiful from now on.
I'm not surprised that the curly haired beauty who lets the magic happen and her wicked friend are already taken. What a lucky person the one who got them. They are so precious! They are all lovely, the art and the inspiration behind it, but those two REALLY spoke to me.
ReplyDeleteAnjelina, the Warrior and Muse. Lovely!
They are great and I want them as postcards!
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful...and moving...and thought-provoking...and real...and true! Power to the Warrior Woman in all of us. May these wonderful pieces of art with empowering messages open the eyes of many! Blessings to you both!
ReplyDeleteThese pieces are beautiful and so powerful. They make a powerful statement. Best wishes to your daughter--she's beautiful, too!
ReplyDeletevery powerful and emotional pieces!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing these..and reminding us of our ability as women..Angelina gave more women power than she will ever know.
xo
